2. How do your hourly and bundle options work?You can either book work on an hourly basis or purchase a bundle of hours at a better rate. Bundles are ideal if you expect regular updates or improvements. We always confirm the scope before starting, so there are no surprises.

What do you need to start working?To begin, we usually need temporary WordPress admin access and temporary hosting panel access (such as cPanel or server login) to ensure that website is properly backed up. For certain tasks, we may also need FTP/SFTP access or access to third-party tools (for example, email platforms or CRM systems). We’ll also confirm your requirements in writing before starting — what you’d like changed, any deadlines, and the desired outcome. Once everything is agreed, we get to work. We always recommend temporary access that can be removed once the task is complete, for your security and peace of mind.
