1. Can I cancel any time? Am I locked into a plan?All our maintenance plans are on a monthly rolling contract which you can cancel any time. You can also move up or down the plans as needed.

2. What happens when I sign up to a maintenance plan?We will organise an online meeting to get to know you, your business and your website better. Once we have received the details required for us to start, we will run an initial analysis of the website, including backups and malware scans. We will fix any small issues we find and provide you with options if we find anything more complex. From that point we will start out regular maintenance of the website.

3. What do I need to provide you with to start the maintenance?We will require admin access to the WordPress dashboard and if you are not hosted with us, we will need access to the hosting panel where we should be able to find SFTP details and access to backups. We will guide you through this process in our introductory meeting when you first sign up for one of our plans.

4. Will you fix my hacked website?In the unlikely event that the site has somehow been hacked while we are maintaining it, we will clear up the infection for free. If the website is already hacked when you join us, we may have to charge an additional fee to clean up the initial infection, depending on the complexity.

5. What if I need extra work on my website?We will gladly help you with any additional work you need to do on the website – such as content updates, layouts changes, adding pages/functions etc.
Once we receive the request, we can give you a quote based on how long it will take us to complete it.
We can invoice this work on a per-task basis or at the end of the month if there are a number of smaller tasks - this will be at our hourly rate and will include any discounts available as part of your maintenance plan.
