ANSWERING Your questions

1. Can I cancel any time? Am I locked into a plan?All our hosting plans are on a monthly rolling contract which you can cancel any time. You can also move up or down the plans as needed.

2. What happens when I sign up to a hosting plan?You will receive a welcome email from us with your hosting details, and will be able to use your account straight away.

3. Do I need to update server software myself?No, we will do all server updates for you.

4. What if I need extra work on my website?We will gladly help you with any additional work you need to do on the website – such as content updates, layouts changes, adding pages/functions etc.
Once we receive the request, we can give you a quote based on how long it will take us to complete it.
We can invoice this work on a per-task basis or at the end of the month if there are a number of smaller tasks - this will be at our hourly rate and will include any discounts available as part of your maintenance plan. -
