We are determined to give you as much support as possible. We realise that we are only successful if we develop successful websites. If you experience any problem with your website, please let us know and we will do everything possible to fix it.
Support options
Once we have finished developing your website, we can either hand it over to you or continue to monitor and support it. The choice is up to you. If you choose the 'handover' option, you will receive a CD with all your website's HTML and graphic files. You will receive all FTP and email access codes and all necessary data on your web hosting package. We will gladly help you or any member of your staff who will be responsible for your site's support and further development.

Administration and reviews
Site Management: regular backup of the source files, domain &hosting renewal administration.
Website reviews: analysis of the source code and statistics, ranking on the major search engines, recommendations for promotional campaigns.
Urgent queries: brief email and phone queries.
Annual cost: £150
