Let's get started! After the initial conversation, we will create a prototype website for you, according to your specifications. We will also do a brief marketing analysis for you: the keyword search and a competition analysis.
This will allow us to to give you valuable guidelines for writing your web copy.

What do we need from you? Text for your web copy and pictures. If you do not have pictures in digital format,
we will scan them from your prints.

Have a look at the web packages below. You can always use them as the guidelines, but every website is individual and so is our approach. We will take one of the packages as a basis (according to your choice) and tailor it to your unique and specific needs.

Starter

Domain registration (.com or .co.uk ). 1 year web hosting. Graphic design. Website optimisation. Up to 5 informational web pages with pictures.
1 feedback form. 

Total cost: £250

Annual fee after 1 year:  £70 (hosting + domain renewal)

Small shop

Domain registration  (.com  or  .co.uk ). 1 year web hosting. Graphic design. Website optimisation. Up to 10  informational web pages with pictures. 2 feedback forms. Web catalogue (up to 50 products). Online selling facility ('buy now' buttons). Shopping cart. Credit cards are processed through a bank terminal (you need to have a merchant account). Mal's eCommerce shared secure server (SSL).

Total cost: £650

Annual fee after 1 year:   £70 (hosting + domain renewal)

Advanced trader

Domain registration (.com  or  .co.uk ). 1 year web hosting. Graphic design. Up to 15  informational web pages with pictures. 2 feedback forms. Web catalogue (up to 200 products). More products - to be discussed separately. fully featured online shop. Shopping cart, product catalogue with search facility. New products, hot deals, wholesale area. Secure Server (SSL). Gateway to major payment processing systems like PAYPAL, WORLDPAY and others.

Annual fee after 1 year:   £150 (hosting + SSL certificate + domain renewal)

Content management system

Domain registration (.com  or  .co.uk ). 1 year web hosting. Graphic design. Content management - you will have full control over your website through a control panel. Update pages, add menu items, categories, add extra pages. Upload pictures into the picture gallery. Restrict content to certain user groups. No programming knowledge required.

Total cost: from £500

Annual fee after 1 year:   £150 (hosting + SSL certificate + domain renewal)

Payment

Initial payment: when you decide to proceed after discussing your prototype website with us - the greater of £40 or 25% of Website Development charges;

Interim payment: required for large or long timescale websites, agreed on an individual basis;

Balance:within 15 days of your website going live.
